Janelle started working in the chiropractic medical field 20 years ago.  She immediately noted every patient that walked through the door left with a smile on their face and a plan of action to help with whatever condition they were dealing with. She knew working in the chiropractic field was a perfect fit for her.

In 1996 she took a hiatus to take care of her two boys full time, but continued to remain a patient of chiropractic care.  Upon her return to work, she decided to focus on the insurance and collection process. She continues to study the complicated health insurance system and strives to educate every patient so they can get the most out of their health care benefits.
